I was very surprised to hear the news of Micheal's death. I heard the news on TV yesterday morning and couldn't believe my ears. He lived a stormy, checkered life but all the people all over the world can't deny the fact he was "The King of Pop", the best entertainer and the biggest influence in music industry. We have lost the biggest icon of many generations. His music will hand down from generation to generation.... He will be missed very much.... R.I.P.

昨日（6/26）の朝、マイケルの訃報をテレビで知り大変驚きました。50歳・・・まだ早すぎる・・・未だに信じられない・・・

彼の人生はまさに波乱万丈だったし、晩年はスキャンダルが絶えなかったけど、彼が残した業績は大きい。私の友人は「昔のマイケルは輝いていた・・・」と言っていました。私はマイケルの全盛期をリアルタイムで知らなかったけれど、家でも学校でも彼の音楽を聴かない日はなかった。テレビで「Thriller」のPVを初めて見た時の衝撃、中学時代の英語の授業で「We Are The World」のPVやメイキング映像を見た事、「Heal The World」の歌詞で伝わったメッセージは忘れられません。

彼の名曲たちや才能、多くの世代に愛されたことは誰にも否定できないと思います。彼の伝説はこれからも語り継がれていくでしょう。心からご冥福をお祈りします。
